Q. What cleaning services are included in your commercial cleaning packages?

Our cleaning services include a variety of tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, disinfecting high-touch surfaces, restroom cleaning and sanitation, floor care (sweeping, mopping, buffing), window cleaning and more. We offer flexible cleaning schedules and can provide deep cleaning or maintenance cleaning based on your requirements.

Q. How often should I schedule cleaning services for my office?

The frequency of cleaning services depends on the size and type of your business. Typically, offices require daily cleaning for a clean and professional environment, but we also offer weekly or bi-weekly cleaning plans. We'll work with you to find the ideal schedule that fits your needs and budget.

Q. Are your cleaning products safe for my workplace?

Q. Do we have to sign a contract?

MCCS Commercial Cleaning Specialists offer a Cleaning Service Agreement. For regular service provision we only need a 30-day notice in case you choose to terminate your contract with us. We will not, in any way, force you to sign anything that will keep you from cancelling the agreement.

Q. How do I get a quote for commercial cleaning services?

You can easily request a FREE estimate by contacting us through our website or giving us a call. We'll assess your premises or facility, discuss your needs and provide a personalized quote for commercial cleaning services that fit your business's requirements. The estimate is presented in the form of a written proposal.

Q. Can I book a short notice service?

We recommend giving us a call or contacting us via email so that we can discuss all the options and service requirements.

We will do our best to provide our clients with a prompt response and with a first available appointment. Once you have given us a call it may happen we are available same or next day.

Q. Are your cleaning staff trained and insured?

Yes, all of our cleaning technicians are highly trained and experienced in commercial cleaning. We ensure that they are knowledgeable and adhere to high-quality standards. Additionally, we are fully insured, providing you peace of mind when using our services.

Q. Do your cleaners wear uniforms?

Yes, our cleaners are uniformed while in work and carry ID badges.

Q. Do you offer specialized cleaning services?

Absolutely! We offer a variety of specialized cleaning services such as carpet cleaning, floor stripping and waxing, window washing, post-construction cleaning and move-in/move-out cleaning for commercial premises. If you have specific needs, we can create a fully customized plan to accommodate them.

Q. Can you clean after-hours (in the afternoon or on weekends)?

Yes, we offer after-hours cleaning services to minimize disruptions to your business operations. Whether you need cleaning done during the evening, overnight or on weekends, MCCS Cleaning can provide fully tailored cleaning solution, which does not interfere with your day-to-day movements and most importantly clients' visits. We will ensure your space is spotless and ready for the next workday.

Q. How long does it take to clean carpets?

Cleaning time of commercial grade carpets will depend on a size of the area that require cleaning, type of the premises, accessibility and cleaning method used. It will also depend on how dirty your carpet is, what is the carpet made of and if there are any additional treatments required such as stubborn stains removal. Q. Will I be able to walk on the carpet after it has been cleaned?

Yes, however some carpets may still remain slightly damp for up to 2 hours after the cleaning is completed. We always use a drying equipment which speeds the drying process up. Carpets in commercial settings are usually cleaned outside the business's opening hours. We will supply you with some shoe covers which you can put over your shoes if you still need to access your facility and walk over the freshly cleaned carpet.

Q. Can you always achieve 100% great results on carpets?

Well, we can not guarantee that in 100% times your carpets will look like new. In some cases, we may not be able to restore your carpets to their original condition due to some factors like carpet fading, caused by high/frequent exposure to sun rays, burnt marks or other irreversible carpet damages such as wear and tear, which is common in areas with high traffic. We will highlight these and discuss with you during a FREE initial inspection.

Q. How can I ensure consistent cleaning quality in your cleaning services?

We pride ourselves on delivering consistent, high-quality cleaning every time. To maintain these standards, we regular quality control checks and encourage client feedback. If you ever have concerns, we're happy to adjust our services to meet your expectations.

Q. Can you supply cleaning materials and consumables?

We do not stock or sell cleaning supplies. However, as part of the regular cleaning support we can make arrangements with our local cleaning suppliers and have everything you need ready for whenever you need it. Any equipment, accessories, cleaning fluids, workwear and other supplies which are necessary to deliver our Services are included in our commercial cleaning packages.
